What to expect in your initial assessment: 
Louise will take a full history in a totally safe and confidential space. This will include
your symptoms and main concerns, your past medical history, current medications
and allergies, your goals, what you enjoy doing and what you would like to return to,
in order to guide your assessment and build a comprehensive and tailored treatment
plan for you.

  • Pelvic floor muscle re-education and strengthening
  • Muscle release techniques for pelvic pain
  • Pelvic floor down training for pelvic pain 
  • Neuromuscular electrical stimulation for strengthening the pelvic floor
